Pcos and late!!

Okay ladies I have pcos and I was suppose to get my period oct. 1 so I'm a month late... I have taken 3 test and all r negative but I'm just curious to know if this has happened to anyone an they were? I've been trying for a year and no luck.. I started taking clomid an provera but had to stop for 2 months due to my brother and sister in laws moving in with me and.my niece. They don't have much money so I've sacraficed my meds to make sure she has food bc I don't want my niece going without... please help
