Pcos as ttc

Hi everyone! I have pcos and my husband and I have been ttc for almost 2 years now. We had a miscarriage in april 2015. It feels like we'll never get a positive test now. I am currently 7 days late. Should i go ahead a test or wait? Normally i would have had pms symptoms 2 weeks ago but never did. I'm just tired and am having crazy vivid dreams. Anyone have any advice?
