what is this??

Starting in October... Like the first week I used the purple bottle of vagisil and I noticed i started to itch down there so I stop using it, and couple days after that I got this white discharge but also my bladder starting hurting it felt really weird like it was scratched up or something it hurts my entire lower abdomin I thought it was a UTI but I got checked they said they saw some bacteria so they gave me pills for a UTI I took them for like 6 days and they weren't workin so I stopped now the pain has been there for a month and recently when I eat I feel like I have to throw up not in my stomach but in my throat.. If that makes sense I know it's not pregnancy bc I was actually on my cycle in the middle of all of this but I want to get an idea of what it can be! Oh yeah and lately my whole body has been feeling a little down...
