Itchiness help!!

I keep getting yeast infections. I wash myself everyday. I use protection during sex. Ive been tested for all STDs came back clean and only been with one guy (bf of 3 1/2 yrs) can anyone offer advice to stop the itching.? My doc takes a month to see me and i can't take it anymore.
