Ttc after ectopic

I had an ectopic pregnancy in December that ruptured a fallopian tube. I lost the tube and the baby. We were waiting to try til May, when we got married. I had a IUD in perfect placement and got pregnant. So now we have been trying since May to get pregnant with only one tube and I'm 34....was looking like it might not happen. I got a my positive test this morning!! The only thing we did differently this cycle was try astroglide ttc. $8 online for 8... Much cheaper than preseed that I saw. Just wanted to share. Sending baby dust and positive thoughts.
