Ladies I really need help😭

I keep getting UTI's.. I went to the hospital like 3 weeks ago because I had a horrible pain in my right side. I knew I kept a UTI but they told me it was really bad at this point. They gave me 10 day antibiotics and I took all of them. I've had like 2 very light UTI's between then and now. But now like 3 weeks later I have one again and it's really bad. It hurts to walk. It burns so bad I could lay here and cry😭 I've tried everything.
