how can I tell them without being rude?

I'm currently in the hospital on bed rest & literally every staff wake me up for dumb reasons in my opinion. I barely get any sleep as it is. Literally, like 3 hour naps then I'm woken up. The nurse will wake me up just to ask if I peed in the bed pan 😑 look for your damn self! It's sitting right there! The cleaning lady comes in super loud. Just clean the room! Even the food people..... sit the food down & go! All I want is some sleep! If it's not anything medical then why are you waking me up? Is it possible for me to tell them to leave me tf alone while I'm sleeping without sounding like an asshole? I already don't want to be here & I know for a fact I won't be able to put up with it for 2 more months 😕
