Is anyone else experiencing this? More specifically, upper inner thigh pain. At first I couldn't quite tell WHAT exactly was hurting. But it's come and gone for a week or so, worse at times than others. My google searches have lead me to SPD as a possible cause but I'm curious. I will definitely ask my doctor next week but for now I would love some way to find relief!
