feeling so defeated
Ugh, I'm feeling so defeated. I've had until the nov 16 to try and lose at least 10 lbs and I've lost nothing. I'm working out two-three times per week(cardio) and I eat eggs in the morning, usually fruit as mid morning snack, for lunch I have a spinach salad(with hard boiled egg, raisins, a little shredded cheese) and this healthier yogurt based ranch. Usually some veggie like carrots or something. And lots of water. Afternoon I usually have either cottage cheese and fruit or yogurt and granola. Dinner varies and is probably my most unhealthy meal but not even that bad. Idk what I'm doing wrong but I haven't lost a damn pound! My dr wants to see me lose some weight before we try anything like chlomid.
Anyone have any advice? Am I doing something wrong?
