success with Femara???

This is my first month of Femara and I'm feeling hopeful! Anyone have any success with Femara?

I'm on my first cycle as well and take my last dose tomorrow! I had done 4 cycles of clomid in the past and only ovulated once (confirmed by blood test). Hoping fermara is our answer. Good luck and baby dust ❤️

I start on Friday! I have done two cycles of clomid with no luck and had blurred vision so I had to emergently stop. Hoping it works 🙏🏼

I did 4 cycles with clomid and never ovulated. But my first cycle of femera i ovulated. I had 2 good follicles. Didn't get pregnant but it was progress!

I just finished my first cycle with Femara. We did days 3-7 with an HCG trigger shot but we got bloodwork back yesterday and it was a BFN. WHen we did the US I had 9 "good" follicles,4 fully developed. We got busy on all the right days but it just didn't work. We're doing another cycle. I should get AF any day and I'll call the RE to get instructions for this month. I've heard great things about the Femara. I hope they're all true.

I'm concerned that I didn't ovulate when they thought I would. I know with the trigger shot it is supposed to be easier to predict ovulation, but I think we were BD'ing too early. The doc thought I would ovulate between the 20th -23rd so we BD'd on the 19th, 21st, & 23rd. It felt like I was ovulating around the 25th so nothing from those days would likely still be sticking around by then. I could feel it in my body that it didn't work, we weren't pregnant, before they even drew my blood for the quant. HCG.

I am going to ask if they can change my dosing and schedule for the month. I really think I need a higher dose of the Femara and we need to extend our timeframe for getting busy.

We could all be "Femara" buddies and see what doses, schedules, etc. everyone is using, offer support, etc. Speaking of which, is anyone using POS tests to follow your HCG to zero after trigger shot? Anyone using opk's? What are the easiest (cheap) ones to use?

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for over 2 years now. I did 5 days of Letrazole(femara), did my menopur shot and went in today for an ultrasound. I have 4 large follicles that looks good as well as 3 smaller ones that just weren't mature enough. I go in Friday morning for my first iui. I'm feeling hopeful! I feel the Letrazole (femara) worked really well for me! I hope it does for you too!!
