Read and follow Power Over PCOS by Julie Merrick. I've heard great reviews. Also, a really good organic probiotic daily has helped me with stomach discomfort and regulating my cycle.  Peace & Blessings.

Yes. Stop trying. Just have sex for fun, for love, cause you want to. Relax. Then it'll happen.

I also have pcos me and my boyfriend tried to get pregnant for two years when we saw that nothing happened we went to see my doctor and that's when she started me on clomid. After she saw that a year had passed by and we hadn't conceived she sent my boyfriend to get tested and it turns out he has low acrosome. Don't loose hope and don't have sex as a chore don't think about forcing something that can happen when you least expect it if it doesn't there's always IVF. I can't loose hope that's the last thing I have and you shouldn't either.

It helped my period become in a month after not having it for 5 months. It takes about 3 months to settle in your body

I would go back to your dr, could be clomid doesn't work for you and you need other meds, and/or your tubes could be blocked....if you already know you have PCOS and are ttc.....don't waste your time "not trying" ......that stuff only works for people without legitimate medical problems
