PLEASE HELP ME!!! DO YOU SEE IT???!!!

I'm 7dpo I had what looked like implantation bleeding which is weird for me because I have never had that happen.. My boobs are very sore and temp has been up. We have been TTC for 7years and used to be Irregular until put on Metformin going on 6months.. I just have this feeling... I know it's light but I can see it in person it was exactly 2-3 mins.. Please help me...
