Need to vent.

So long story short SO cousin has been saying that her past two exs raped her because she felt guilty about moving onto other guys soon after breaking up with them.

She had the police called on one of them, he sent her sister a screenshot of her saying "I'm sorry I told the cops that you raped me, I won't press charges it's just that I don't want people to think I'm a slut for sleeping with you Thursday and then hooking up with XXXXXX Saturday. Hope we're good."

Does she not understand how this could ruin his life? That this isn't a game? That she is seeming damn crazy?

Her mom got her on meds but she isn't taking them. She's 18.
