False period ??

So I totally thought I started my period today. I had it come out pinkish, so I put a Tanpon on & I wore it the whole day today, & when I took it out it was completely white, is this a false period ? This never happened to me before. I am really trying to have a baby so I'm hoping for the best!. I do feel a little crampy.

Mine always stops if I put in a tampon too early, which I think is weird, but whatever. So normally just a pad until she's ready to gush.

You wore the tampon all day? I know that's not the point of this topic but that's super unhealthy. Do you keep them in when you pee?
