what do you do with your LO when they are awake?

Now that my little one is having longer stretches of being awake/alert during the day I feel like I have no idea what to do with her? Any suggestions? It's so hard when they aren't that responsive with giggles or coos yet so you wonder if anything is even working.

Tummy time/play mat, bouncey seat, swing, go for walks, bath, run errands, read books, sing/dance

I do the following when my LO is awake: tummy time, walk around the house and look at pics, read him a book and dance and sing with him.

We spend much of his awake time either on the play mat, doing tummy time, walking around the house or reading a book if he's settled but awake. As long as it's not raining or snowing, I will put him in the baby carrier and walk around outside even if I just walk up and down my driveway or in my culdasac. If I know it's close to nap time and he's been recently fed and changed we will go for a drive to the park and walk around in the stroller. He loves to look out the window in the car but usually falls asleep rather quickly. I've made trips to the mall or target for no reason other than to get out of the house.

We talk to each other and he talks to his stuffed animals when I put one in front of him. We walk around a bit to look at different things, he's really digging the big mirror in our bathroom these days. He gets some tummy time too.
