Tampons while pregnant.

So in the past week or so I have developed a nasty virus of a cough. And every time I pee a little. Ive been wearing panty liners and on the bad days pads even. I change them very frequently but my vagina is so raw still which is why I never used pads before. I was wondering if its safe to use those poise tampons that are made for bladdar leaks while pregnant?
