need help

I have a 16 month old daughter that's having the stinky runs,has a slight fever and threw up twice lastnight. I've given her tylenol and pedialyte but the vomiting and diarrhea but it just doesn't seem to want to help with the diarrhea.. she doesn't want to eat solids, it doesn't matter how many times I try she doesn't want any regular food and I don't wanna give her,her milk because I don't want her to throw up again.. please help what do I give her
