Anxiety at 30 weeks preg ?

anyone feel like they get a rush all the sudden and then get an anxiety attack? ugh i cannot sleep feeling this way it suxx ? it mostly happens when the baby moves a loot.

Thank you sooo muuuch it gets bad to the point where i just wanna scream or yell sooo loud and it normally happens around bedtime. but thanks again i am gonna take ur advice and try doin those things thank goodness i only have about 2 more mos to go 😅

What works well for me for anxiety (besides a double dose of Xanax) is cold, either walk outside for a minute, or take a cold shower. Also a sugar rush. Eat a couple cubes of sugar. Both of these things force your mind to focus on the other situation, rather than focusing on the anxiety. I'm sorry you are going through this, if it gets bad you can also talk to your doctor for other tips. These are just the two that always work for me. Although once I had to walk outside in the cold and spray the hose on my legs I was so anxious! Hope something works for you. Anxiety is HORRIBLE.
