Whenever I start my period , the first half day I get very sick . I have really awful cramps , diarherra , an nausea - 80% chance of vomiting . An I have to be in bed all day . I can't have anyone with me to hold me or touch me or talk , not even breathe , no phone sings or tv noises because somehow it makes my stomach hurt even more . No pain pills work either an I have to sleep the pain away , but the pain doesn't fully go away unless I'm fully empty down there . An the only thing I have is nausea for another 20 minutes and to finish out my period week . If I'm at work or school I have Togo home immediately . The only thing to help is birth control . Sucks for the future me wanting kids .
