I've been bleeding since Tuesday morning, have horrible lightening and pelvic pressure. When I called they said to keep an eye on the amount and color of blood. If it turns deep red or becomes period like, that's when they consider it a concern (could be issues with placenta). 
If you are worried about the amount of blood you should call your doctor to be sure.
