4+2 serious pain!!! what do you think?

A week ago I found out I was pregnant 2-3 weeks, 1st midwife booked on the 9th November as unsure how far gone I am, I've had the most unbearable cramps in my stomach now for a week on and off, they wake me up in the middle of the night and early mornings and also I am struggling at work as I go in to hot sweats. My reason for the post is last night I woke up at midnight wth the pains and then started having a panic attack? I couldn't breathe, my back was aching and my stomach. Calling the dr this morning to see if I can get a early midwife app!
