lump in breast and breastfeeding

I'm going to the doctors today because today I found a good size lump in the side of my breast. It's near my armpit and at the top. It's in the breast that she always feeds on and that is engorged all the time. It seems to change size depending on how engorged or empty I am. Has anyone else experienced this?
