I stayed at 30 weeks.  It would have been earlier if I remembered to ask my OB.

I started at 28 weeks and I would've started earlier had I started researching it earlier. A lot of midwives will say you can start as soon as you're into the second trimester. You're good to go!

I start at 20 weeks, drink 2 cups a day until third trimester then 3 a day. Some people start before conception.

My midwife told me to start when I'm 37 weeks and to drink one glass a day. Then during week 38 you don't drink any at all. And in week 39 you are supposed to drink up to 4 glasses daily. If you make it to 40 weeks you skip the tea again
