A while back they asked me what I wanted to do for my birthday, I told them - go to see a specific movie. They said, "let's do it." However, I came to find out they now have plans to do it - separately - with their significant others. The same friends have offered to take me out to dinner, but I've been considering doing what I wanted to do - go to the movie. My long distance boyfriend offered to see it with me before my birthday, but I'm frustrated with my friends. What would you do?
