My boyfriend and I have decided to Start trying for a baby about 6 months ago. We have done everything! Ovulation kits,apps, putting My legs up after we have sex.. EVERYTHING and I just knew this was our month.. I was 4 days late and I just knew I was pregnant but nope I started my period.. I just don't know what to do anymore.. Please positive words.. Thank you for reading my little rant..

Have you paid attention to your luteal phase, the part after you ovulate to the day of your period? Mine was short (8days) and it's not long enough to let baby implant, so I took vitamin b 6 and 12 and it lengthened it and I conceived that month! X

Doctors would advise to wait 1 year upwards to go speak to them about fertility concerns and then they would do relevant tests . Xx

Try to relax, use pre seed and Google eating pineapple core for implantation. I did this on our 11th month ttc and got twins. Remember (I know it can be hard!) it can take up to a year to get pregnant
