feeling nauseated

I feel nauseated and I have for a couple days now. I have the iud so I'm on a good birth control my husband also pulls out and pees after sex usually so I'm not pregnant. My one friend was nauseated for a few days too I had lunch with her. Do you know what it could be? I haven't thrown up at all. I did have some stomach pain. And I have had diarrhea earlier in the day but nothing much. Yesterday I did too but nothing much. I just don't feel good and don't have time to go to the doctor as I'm always working.
