Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated!
So people... I need to loose weight and tone up. Since my little girl I've lost my ass and put on weight. Not much But I have a mummy tummy. I said to myself that after my girl was born I'll go back to normal size.... well yeah that didn't work out. So I just would like some tips I can do at home to get back into shape. I don't have time to go to the gym. Although me and fiancé are TTC, I would like to just look and feel good for myself.
