Personal Question Please no Hate

My spouse and I are TTC we are tracking and doing everything we can think of. The only problem I see is having is the fact that we never climax at the same time. Usually he likes to have me climax a few times and then he takes so little time that I just kind of lie there and feel unsatisfied. Any ideas of how to help us so we both feel complete at the end of the night?
