weird taste in my mouth?

On October 21 I got my mirena removed after about 4 years. 2 days after that I had some bleeding that later 3 days. Today I had the weird metallic taste in my mouth all day. I have no clue when I am supposed to get my period since I haven't had it in years so I put the bleeding for 3 days as my period and will go from there. Could I possibly be pregnant already and the taste in my mouth is due to that? It would be extremely early in the pregnancy if that was the case
