why do I keep getting a negative ovulation test?

Is my test bad? I keep getting negative ovulation. Glow says today is my peak day. I am getting discouraged. My husband and I had no problem conceiving my daughter who is now 2. We have been trying for a couple of months no for baby number 2. I'm 32. I guess it is discouraging because of how fast we got pregnant the first time. And encouraging words?

How long are your cycles and when did you start testing? Testing to early or to late could give you faulty reading.... I use CLEAR blue advanced and my cheapie OPK from Amazon... as soon as my cheapie starts to get dark I use CLEAR BLUE.. I have a 30 day cycle and start testing CD 11 with strips and CB usually around CD 13 (when the test line gets darker) hope this helps!!

I don't use OPKs anymore. They made me so stressed!!!
I monitor CM and take my bbt. At least I'll know I've definitely ovulated each cycle.

Is this the clear blue advanced? If so those are notoriously faulty. Try the regular clear blue digital or first response. My daughter is almost 2 1/2 and we have been trying for a second for a year and a half. We ended up doing IVF and I'm transferring on Nov 18. Baby dust to you!!!
