Working out and Pregnancy

Hey ladies! I'm 15w 6d pregnant. Before pregnancy, I worked out twice a day and watched what I ate meticulously. However, the first trimester was pretty brutal and I didn't do much more than sleep! Finally feeling like a human again and have made it to the gym for the first time in way too long. I am realizing I've lost a lot of muscle and strength during my time away from it. 
Do y'all have any tips and tricks for working out, staying active, and eating well while pregnant? The no pre-workout and supplements has been challenging to adjust to and it seems like all I want to eat is candy, candy and more candy 😳
