Has anyone done placenta encapsulation? I am considering this and am curious to hear how people liked it (especially if you can compare post-partum experiences with and without the capsules). Did you notice a difference is your energy levels? Mood? Hair loss/retention? Also, what method did you use (traditional Chinese method where the blood is drained or just dehydration)?  Thanks!
