Homebound question

I was wondering whats the earliest i can be put on homebound , im 15 years old , 27 weeks and 5 days , everytime i do something physical even getting up to pee i get really bad hot flashes , side cramps and horrible headaches , i go to the doctor next Friday, on the 11th i was just wornding if anyone else had this happen to them while pregnant or is they know about the homebound system
