Cyber bullying

I just wanted to reread the rules of this group in regards to slander but it will not load on my phone! If someone is repeating saying that I hate certain types of people (which is in no way true as I do everything in my power to leave the world a place) is this acceptable? I have blocked this person so she is no longer bothering me, I was just interested where the rules lie in a situation such as this. Thanks in advance :)
