trying to get pregnant with 2nd baby so far no luck! 😞

So I had paragard iud for about 5 years after giving birth to my first son.  in mid April of this year I got it removed since my husband and i decided we want to try for our second child it's been around 7 months since it's been removed and we have had no luck. 😞 if something similar happend to you girls how long did it take for you to get pregnant and what did you do to help get pregnant ??!!!
