best advice ever given!

Hey everyone ! What is the best advice, tip , trick or secret  any other person has given u about pregnancy and childbirth or what u have learned by experience ?? Help some of us first time moms out!  Here's my bomb . pregnancy is NOT flowers, peace and rosy cheeks for everyone !!! I thought is was supposed to be this serene time for mom and baby 🙄 try being sick and exhausted all the time . Although totally worth it in the end ! How about u girls?
