Very tmi but I need help

I had this come out of me yesterday and it was kind of hard and I went to my doctor and they don't know what it is, I was wondering if anyone else has had something like this happened to them or any idea what it might be. Any help with this would be so grateful and sorry for the picture I'm not really sure how to describe it.
