Morning sickness??? Help!!

Ive never had morning sickness before but im wondering if it feels like you have to throw up even if you havent ate anything yet... Since 3am ive been feelin something wana come up my throat but im trying really hard not to throw up. I hate throwinh up it makes me cry 😢😫...

Yeah its called nausea. Basically feeling sick to your stomach but often not actually feeling sick. Feels dreadful. Mines pretty much allowed day but i get light relief by eating stuff. But eating is slow cos i feel sick..

I am the same way!  Two things really helped me. First, eating.  Even in my second trimester, if I don't eat, I shut down and even get a resurgence of morning sickness. 2.) I got Sea Band for Mama - 12.00 @ CVS.  This really cut down on the morning sickness and made a huge difference.  I have only grown up four times, but it was miserable.
