adderall and constipation
I'm on adderall recently switched from vyvanse and one of the side effects is constipation. I already don't poop enough and drinking water, eating fiber, running, drinking coffee, miralax, I'll try those but it never lasts as a full time remedy only usually one poop. Any ideas?
