what do I say?

Dr wants me to wait until 41 weeks before inducing. 
I am due Monday 11/7 and I can't handle this anymore. 
Sharp pains in my back, puking, I just feel awful. How do I go about telling her today I want to schedule induction at 40 weeks instead of going past my due date. Can I just call? Please give me nice advice and not rude opinions..I understand every situation is different and if I wasn't this miserable I'd wait it out until baby is ready. But I'm full term and I can't take one more day of puking and pain.

Just tell her that you're not comfortable and you can't take this anymore. You're not able to hold down as much food as you need for both yourself and your baby, you're not getting any kind of rest, which you need especially before labor and baby arrives.
Considering you're completely full term, she might but she might not because she doesn't see it as "medically" necessary. 
It never hurts to ask though.

My doctor said I could be induced anytime after 39 weeks by choice. I would just tell your doc you want to be induced.

The worst they can do is say no! Have you progressed on your own at all? That'll give you an idea of what they'll say.

A lot of places will allow you to induce at 39 weeks. Like someone said, I would call and the worst they can say is no.
