Pregnant or Not?

Basically i haven't had my period for 50 days and about two years ago i had an ovarian cyst.. can i just be pregnant or is it coming back again?:/ yes i am a big girl about 250 lbs and i dont have a "doctor" to go to because i lost all my medical stuff and such so i really dont know what to do now...
