Plz help me have really bad pain

Hi everyone. I have one daughter she is 3 yrs old. We r ttc baby #2 for 6 months with no luck. Always i had painful periods. Doctors told me i will be ok after i will give a birth

But paint didnt went anywhere. About 5 months im getting really bad cramps pain is on my back on my abdomen legs and feel nauseous headache. So after 6 montsh of ttc baby#2 i went to doctor and explained to her everything. She said that she thonks i might have endometriosis or few other sickness which i dont remember the names. And she took a test for infection and ordered ultrasound which is at the end of the month. But i cant live with this cramps until the end of month. Right now i dont have any insurance. Plz any advice . plz tell me what should i do. Really i need help
