I'm currently in high school and I'm dating someone I love so much but I can't help but to feel negative when people are telling me that it won't last just because we are in high school. I just want to hear from people's experiences to see if it's possible.

It's possible but I wouldn't rush into marriage as soon as you graduate as you go through a lot of changes the first few years after school. I was a junior when I started dating my husband ( he's 4 years older so he was already out of school) we've been together 10 years and married for 3. It hasn't always been easy and we've had to work hard to get to where we are now and I am positive if we would of got married right after I graduated we never would of made it. We both went through so many changes and were at different stages in our life the first 6 years of our relationship especially after our daughter came along.

Everything relationship IS different, I married my high school sweetheart. I couldn't imagine life without him. But, yes, of course it isn't easy. Nothing that's worth it is. 4 years married this past October.  14 dating...

Marrying my high school sweetheart next winter. We are currently 8 weeks away from our son being born! Everyone told us it was just a fling. I was 14 he was 18 we were forced to drop all communication and he didn't contact me again until I was 18. I told him I fell in love with him when I was 14 and he told me how he felt which I didn't know that he loved me as well and still did. At 19 I moved in with him and we have been living together for two years this month and will be getting married next year ❤️💙🎉

My fiancé and I started dating in 10th grade. We've been together for four years and our wedding is a little bit over a year away now. But not many of the relationships that happened in high school (long term or not) have lasted honestly. We graduated 2 years ago and I can only think of about 10 relationships that are still going since then. But I will say the ones who are no longer with their high school sweethearts are either doing really well themselves or they fell in love with someone even better for them. Joe and I stayed together because we were both always scared of losing each other and we are genuinely best friends. It's not impossible if it's simply meant to be. Don't worry ❤
