Anybody ever get chickenpox ?

My dad's girlfriend has shingles and I'm staying this weekend at her house and I haven't gotten chicken pox yet....

I don't really want ta get it either but how many of you have gotten it?

I've had chicken pox twice yet and chicken pox can be very serious if you didn't get it as a child so tbh i would just get it over and done with but if your not comfortable with that wash your hands lysol the doors and your fine c-: i dont think you can get chicken pox from shingles because shingles only last 30 days and its more deptht into the virus

Since the vaccines it doesn't happen really anymore: but when I was little it did, and I got it.

I had it twice at age 4. Got vaccinated at age 5 and haven't had it in the 12 years since.

The first time I got it was really mild. I caught it from my brother who was almost 6 at the time. I recovered really quick. The second time was that same year, over Christmas, and it was really, really bad, I was so sick for so long.

My friend got it for the first time at 16.

I was told I never got it and I'm about 95% sure I got the vaccines... I have a weakened immune system right now to from school and a lot of people are getting sick... I just home o don't get it I have important stuff happening right now.... Sorry for anyone whose gotten this crap
