Two exs with baby mothers

I was with my ex fiancee for about nine years throughout college and his time over seas I had no problems conceiving but had problems carrying babies to full terms we had hopes of getting married when he came back to the states for good but woke up found out he was dating someone else and months later that she was pregnant after he asked me to move into his home and marry him within a year whih as totally outside of my religious beliefs and what I felt I deserved! Dating a guy for a year found out he his ex is pregnant while we were casually dating now we are serious in a relationship before I found out I was pregnant I believed I was going to be step mom it's unbelievable but what now?
