my story... PCOS

I was diagnosed with pcos when I was 15. Told I would probably never conceive. Given birth control for 7 years. I was gaining an insane amount of weight. I worked with a doctor and told her we wanted a baby. She gave me provera for my 10 days. Two weeks later I was pregnant. Now we want another kid and my ob wants me to lose 40 lbs. and doesn't think provera is necessary. I started taking vitex a few weeks ago and I got my period for the first time in months. I am really anxious for this months results. I am in the tww.
