Does/did anyone feel ready for a second child recently after having first?

I haven't given birth yet and I want to start trying for baby number 2 when my hubs gets back from deployment 😂 But I want my kids close in age and he can leave at any given moment so I've got to take what I can get

I felt this way after my first. Had a loss when my son was 5 months old. His brother is 19 months younger than him. All my kiddos are close together though. Gaps range from 12m to 27m.

I had to feel ready lol. We got surprised with my second when  our daughter was almost 8 months old. Then were even more surprised when we got pregnant with our third when our son, second child, was 4 months old! lol it's been fun though, I love having them all so close.

Our first two kids are 16 mo and 1 day apart. :) we made a point to have all our children two years after the last or less. Had 4, 4 and under for 2 weeks.

my opinion when ppl get pregnat right after giving birth bafols me lol they say imiss my bby been small im like wtf ur bby still a bby like take care of your first bby first lol but to each there own lol its just my opinion.
