Nutramigen causing lots of spit up for reflux/MSPA baby?

My daughter is 9 weeks old and has reflux and possible milk soy protein allergy. We just started her on Nutramigen and she has been spitting up consistently ever since. It looks like just water and it doesn't seem to be phasing her but she is soaking herself like every 1-2 hours and needs to be changed. She is on Zantac for her reflux but seemed mostly in distress for this possible MSPA which seems to be better on the Nutrimagen. I am wondering if I am just going to have to choose my battles and deal with the spit up if it means she is generally feeling much better. I plan to call the pediatrician on Monday I am just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience with Nutramigen. Thanks!
