Is it just me?

My boyfriend and I have been dating for a little over 5 years now and just recently got a house together and now we are trying for a baby but before in the past couple years we have gotten pregnant and I've had 4 miscarriages and now since we recently decided on having a baby he's been cumming inside me which he usually pulls out .
