15 hours still going...

My waters broke at half 7 this morning but had no contractions so hospital sent me home, i started getting contractions once i got home but they were very mild and very infrequent from between 3 mins apart to 20 mins apart.. theyve got loads closer and are 3-5 mins apart and lasting over a minute long, so i phoned hospital and they still dont want me to go in yet because i "sound okay" on the phone 😩 when did everyone else go in? my hospital notes say 3-5 mins but they are saying no..
